Guests picked up after 12:00 noon Monday thru Friday will be charged a late Check-Out fee of $15.00, unless they are set up for a Grooming, Bath or Daycare. Daycare closes promptly at 6:00pm Monday thru Friday

Training

- Pets scheduled for Grooming and Training must show written proof of their current vaccinations.
Resort Tours

Our Resort’s energy is focused on a stress-free and relaxing experience. Tours have a way of helping our furry guests (who are our # 1 priority), which is why we ask you to bring your furry babies so that they can see were their vacation spot is. If it is the first time boarding for your pet we encourage you to bring them several times (if possible, but not necessary) to get to know the staff.
