Why is the Canine Influenza Virus vaccination recommended?
We recommend the Canine Influenza (CIV) vaccination for all pets that will be boarding or daycare for the safety of your dog and others. CIV is highly contagious, with an 80% infection rate, and is a serious disease that can even be fatal. The vaccine helps to lessen the severity and duration of flu symptoms, should your dog contract the virus.
Flea & Tick Prevention
The resort is 4 acres, outdoor and indoor areas are on a monthly pest control program but in order to ensure that we maintain a pest-free environment; all pets must be flea and tick free before entering the resort and will be inspected upon arrival. If we notice that your pet has fleas or ticks, a bath will be given at the expense of the owner. Dogs in daycare will not be admitted if fleas or ticks are noticed.
They treat all my dogs with care and compassion and my dogs always look so handsome after their bath (and smell good!)
